Building in the uptown area of New Orleans is always a challenge. Beautiful and historic homes built in the classical traditional style are on every block, demanding only the highest quality construction. Designing and building a new contemporary home among the grandeur of the Uptown and the Garden District presents its own unique additional challenges.
This Uptown project included the construction of three new homes, side-by-side. Two of the homes are contemporary and the third is a more traditional “Uptown” style. These houses required a team effort of our staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to construct modern homes that are both efficient and beautiful.
